Before you apply the makeup, you have to prepare your brows. You have to comb the brows well. Make sure all the hair is in the same direction. Now use the eye pencil to fill in the area where the hair is thin. Areas that are less thin can be filled with an eye liner. While doing that, use shorter strokes.
