Reports, speculations are coming in across the gaming community that Valve is set to announce their new edition of the famous shooter classic, the Counter-Strike and people has starts playing it, at least from it said.
Breaking piece of substantial evidence originated from the Steam Forum, where Jess Cliffe, one of the original creators of the series, wrote down “Global Offensive”.
This was then followed up by a post on the E-Sports Facebook page, saying “Counter-Strike: Global Offensive… More info in the morning.”
Then, we had ESL product manager Bastian Veiser tweeted earlier that Valve was showing off the title at its Headquarters today.
“Just spent all day playing the new Counterstrike Global Offensive #CSGO at the #Valve HQ ! God I love my job.. oh and yeah… its that good!”, tweeted Veiser.
Valve is expected to reveal another sequel based from a popular game, DotA 2 at Gamescom next week, could Counter Strike 2 be on the list too?
