The latest we heard from the rumor mill points to early October release as AT&T VP allegedly asked managers to prepare their teams for the upcoming iPhone 5 (or whatever it will be called) during the month.
Surprisingly, the date of the newly released iOS 5 Beta 6 — which the final version bump most likely then will powered the iPhone 5 — is very closer to the time frame of iPhone 5 launch in the latest report we mentioned above.
If you would like to know when does the iOS 5 Beta 6 expires see below, courtesy of a prominent iPhone jailbreak developer who is popular with the sn0wbreeze releases:
If we go back as far as the iPhone 4 release date, we would know that it is on Thursday, which again, coincidental with the date i mentioned above.
Now that we can speculated the release date, how about the announcement from Steve Jobs and co.?
iPhone and iOS release announcements usually held on Monday, with the only exception of the first iPhone, so if take that into account, we can expect to see the iPhone 5 publicly unveiled as early as September 5 (we had a report before pointed to that same) but since it is a Labor Day, maybe the launch will be on September 12 which then again also in the time frame suggested by previous reports that says “mid-September” release.
Keep in mind that this just a speculation, we would never know that if Apple would change it’s release date trends, although it seems to be geared towards that way.
iPhone 5 is widely reported to be powered with A5 dual-core processor, 8-megapixel camera and 64GB in storage size. Expect yourselves to be blown away with it!
