But recently, it seems that it has been won by FIFA after several stellar success in gameplay compared to the lackluster performance we received in PES for the past few games. What about the all new PES 2012? Will it have what it takes to take down FIFA 12 as a dominant force in soccer gaming?

Firstly, what the new PES can be proud about is the fact that the graphic is much better in the game, if we want to compare it to the FIFA series. Such texture and the prowess on each of the players face can only be found in PES 2012. These few screenshots below are example of those where it showcase Portugal (featuring their cover boy, Cristiano Ronaldo), England, Germany and Brazilian based club Santos.

One thing that PES fans want to improve on their franchise is the sleek passing, and the overall gameplay where FIFA 12 looks to be the clear winner in this area.

PES 2012 is scheduled to be release for PlayStation®3 and Xbox 360 on September 27th, and KONAMI recently announced that the PSP®, PlayStation®2 and Wii™ versions will follow on November 8th. The publisher has also confirmed that versions for Nintendo 3DS and iOS formats are also in development, with the release dates to follow.

Great shading and texture.. superior to FIFA 12. But it all falls apart when you se them in motion… they run like robots with fused spines. Very last gen.

Sooooo…. They can show pretty still pictures and the graphics look better the FIFA does that change the fact that when u actually play the game it’s still lightyears behind FIFA I’ll sacrifice graphics for actual genuine soccer gameplay any day.

Simple as this. If you like computer games you like Fluffer if you follow and understand football without Sky Sports telling you everything you need to know then Pro Evo is so far ahead its worrying how many clueless idiots still think its better!!
Apart from PES09 then every single version from ISS Deluxe back in 95 for the NES right upto PES11 which is the best for years are by far and away better games.
I keep the faith for one single reason….PES is simply better

hah…”FIFA to shame”….because everyone plays the game looking at 1 person’s face. lol from far away who cares if they got the one piece of hair or facial features.I just care that the gameplay is realistic. pes doesn’t have realistic gameplay. for graphics they apparently have the edge, but who cares about that I’d rather lose that and have great gameplay

Yeah, I agree with FIFA>pes. All they are doing is coating terrible gameplay in good graphics. Still doesn’t change the bad gameplay.
