Next reiteration of the highly rated racing game franchise, Gran Turismo, might as well see the light of the day before we even get ourselves a new PlayStation.
Despite the big boss of Polyphony Digital said it’s still early to talk about the sequel, we might as well rated the chances of Gran Turismo 6 in a PS3, a little bit higher. This is because they still need to rake in the cash due to long running development of the fifth installment.
President of Worldwide Studios at Sony Computer Entertainment, Shuhei Yoshida, given us insight into when we can expect Gran Turismo 6, as well as how far into development it currently is. As you may have expected, it’s still a long way off, and Yoshida said the following in his latest interview:
“As far as the Gran Turismo team’s concerned, they are still working on updating the games, so they’re just shifting to the designing and concepting phase of the next project. It’s going to take a few years.”
