The stats has been revealed for Real Madrid and FC Barcelona in FIFA 12 and we saw some very surprising changes indeed.
Let’s take a look of what EA Sports has in store for us on these players and the clubs as a whole.
Real Madrid: 84 ATT 85 MID 83 DEF
F.C. Barcelona: 86 ATT 85 MID 85 DEF
(GK) Casillas 91 (RB) Sergio Ramos 86 (RCB) Pepe 86 (LCB) Ricardo Carvalho 84 (LB) Marcelo 82
(RDM) S. Khedira 82 (LDM) Xabi Alonso 86 (RAM) Á. Di Maria 84 (CAM) M. Özil 86
(LAM) Cristiano Ronaldo 92 (ST) Karim Benzema 84
My comment: I think that EA hit it right on some of the players but i really do think that Di Maria, Özil and Ronaldo should be rated a little bit higher.
While for Karim Benzema, he is underrated. The guy has been playing magnificently for the past few games this season and he deserved more on that aspect.
(GK) Valdes 86 (RB) Dani Alves 87 (RCB) Puyol 86 (LCB) Piqué 88 (LB) E. Abidal 82
(CDM) Sergio Busquets 83 (RCM) Xavi 92 (LCM) Iniesta 92
(RW) A. Sánchez 84 (ST) L. Messi 95 (LW) David Villa 91
My comment: All of them are getting what they should have as a player except David Villa. I think he is not up to the par for even above 90 points, this has been evident with his lack of goals last season, scoring only 23 goals in 50 appearances.
EA should rated Villa at 88. That rating is suitable for what he has been offering on the pitch currently.
Now, despite Barcelona superiority in terms of ability stats, they eventually lost to Real Madrid when the duo paired in CPU battle.
