There are not much of hands-on reviews we can currently for the highly anticipated first person shooter, the Battlefield 3. Well, we can count on OXM UK for that one.
The Official Xbox Magazine has published an article covering story of what they have experienced when playing the blockbuster-bound shooter, apparently, with a PS3 console instead of Xbox 360.
“If you look at the guns alone, Battlefield 3 is the perfect shooter.” they said before proceeding the details.
“They’re as mouth-watering as you’d expect from a studio with a decade’s military FPS experience under its belt, lean and beguilingly hefty, positioned close enough to reality to woo anoraks, but far enough away to cushion those of us who sometimes forget which end does what.” the magazine exclaimed.
Now, this is the part where they noting a non-Microsoft console being used when doing the review.
“This article is based on hands-on with the PS3 version of the game, as EA did not have Xbox 360 code available at its preview event.”

Well duh, the PS3 is always going to be better than the 360. Thats just facts. You have to be born with a terrible hand affliction just to operate the 360 controller not to mention being okay with having two discs for 1 game. Thats just plain pitiful. Good luck with that.

B_Rad your opinion is just stupid, don’t waste your time commenting on articles if it’s not constructive. i, myself, am a PS3 gamer. iv’e always been a sony fan since i started on the PS1. But the main particular reason for this is the games that are available. A Couple of examples being the metal gear series, uncharted, killzone, socom, folklore and up until recently the main titles in final fantasy. This fan boy war is getting utterly ridiculous, xbox has it’s fair share of wicked games out that i for one would love to play. gears of war, alan wake and mostly lost odessey; and when i can i will pick up a cheap console to play them. It’s just such a shame we live in a world with people as small minded as you. BASH BASH BASH! is all you guys know. As i’ve stated before, the only reason i stand by sony is due to long standing franchises that will never see the light of day on a microsoft console. Which to me basically backs up the argument, that gaming on whichever console is solely down to personal choice. SO QUIT BASHING!!
