Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 was released a week ago and sold 6.5 million copies on day one, but Call of Duty: Elite, the stat-tracking and community driven part essential to the game is still unstable.
Call of Duty: Elite was introduced by Activision to kick off a new phase in their Call of Duty franchise but has been plague with problems since its launch.
The latest update was released last night but it still problematic for users. Activision has released a service notice, you can read the entire letter here.
