Luis from GTA 4: Ballad of Gay Tony will not be in GTA 5

Forumer HoweyLad has posted in the GTA forums that Mario D’Leon, the voice actor that played Luis Fernando Lopez in The Ballad of Gay Tony has personally confirmed that he is not part of the next game thus ruling out Luis’s return.

This is the first rumors linking Luis Fernando to Grand Theft Auto V.
