One of the problems for Skyrim is the inefficiency of the GUI for the PC version. Now there is finally a mod to fix that, its called the SkyUI developed by the SkyUI team.
It will improve the UI by making it easier to use with mouse and keyboard, less wasteful of available screen space and nicer to look at.
You will need the Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE) and it is recommended by the team to also have the Nexus Mod Manager.
