Photo on the right was snapped in Kenya by Stephen Oachs from Aperture Academy blog. He ran into a Japanese man with some unrecognizable gears. One of them is the camera.
This camera do not have built-in pop-up flash. It has joystick on the battery grip, new button layouts and a scroll wheel.
The photo taken is either the EOS 5D Mark III or the EOS 7D Mark II. The button layouts look like EOS 7D. However, 7D has built-in pop-up flash.
