The latest game in the Metal Gear franchise have been pretty scarce on the details but coverage from Japanese magazines, Dengeki PlayStation and Famitsu have revealed a few more information.
The first major detail is that the game will only be single-player according to an image by Dengeki PlayStation. This is not exactly surprising as the Metal Gear series have not been known for multiplayer and Platinum’s titles so far have been single-player only affairs.
In addition to that, other details were also revealed by Famitsu. Among them is this game will have less cinematics compared to the other’s in the series (good news? bad news?) and there will be CODEC conversations, possibly more than MGS4.
Events happening between Metal Gear Solid 4 and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will be explained.
A playable demo will be available at this year’s E3 in June.
Thanks, TheSilentChief.
