Update: Notch have just tweeted showing Mojang managing director Carl Manneh and LEGO CUUSOO’s Tim Courtney standing in front of a Minecraft LEGO poster. As you can see from the picture below, it has the release date as ‘Coming Summer 2012′.

Last month, it was reported that LEGO will be making official Minecraft LEGO.
Lydia Winters, or better known as MinecraftChick who is Mojang’s Director of Fun, have also tweeted a picture showing an actual box packaging in the background.
