Chucklefish have officially announced their new title, Starbound and it is an ambitious one.
The game starts off with you fleeing your homeworld just as it is being destroyed and land in an abandoned space station. This is where your adventure will take place.
You as the player will be able to build a crew, capture rare creatures, upgrade and repair the space station, conduct research, and unlock extra facilities. This includes building mechs to studying and training captured enemies.
There will also be procedurally generated planets to explore with no two planets being the same. If what you just read didn’t get you excited, something is definitely wrong with you.
