According to reports, mobile developer RC3 is suing Justin Bieber – singer of such great hits like “Baby” and “Never Say Never” – over their game, Joustin Beaver.
Bieber’s attorneys sent RC3 a cease-and-desist letter a couple of weeks ago claiming that the game is infringing on Bieber’s trademark and threatened litigation if the app wasn’t removed.
The developers are claiming the game is a parody and that it is under the protection of the First Amendment rights. The two sides tried to settle it out of court but failed to do so.
