Lindsay Lohan is in trouble again, this time for hitting a man with her car. She was out and about at Hookah Lounge, where she says she wanted to wish a friend a Happy Birthday, but all the media freaked her out. She was attempting to do a U-turn when she grazed the manager’s knee with her Porsche. The man first admitted to not knowing who Lohan was, but later rushed out for care from the emergency room. He is threatening to sue Lohan.
Police officers on the scene said that there is not a case, but if he does decide to press charges, they would have to do a follow up. If this happens, Lindsay will be in violation of her current probation. Lindsay’s rep, Steve Honig, said that he is confident that this matter will be cleared up in a few days.
