After a long wait for this release, it’s finally here for HTC Rezound users to download it but it is a release candidate version which no means of final version. Folks from AndroidPolice have their first hands on the official Android 4.0 (build 3.11.605.22) ROM for HTC Rezound and they have mentioned the changelog of the RC version as well;
- Android OS 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich;
- CMAS support added;
- IPv6 over eHRPD supported;
- Update to HTC Sense 3.6 UI;
- Caller Name ID app added;
- VMM/BUA plus updated;
- New storage UI (under settings menu).
You guys can get your share at this link and read the full post on it, but bear in mind that there are two kind of version available which is a stock Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich that will break root, and a pre-rooted version that keeps the root. So far since the release of RC versions reported positive those have managed to install it successfully. Before you guys try to install, please backup your phone and be clear of what you are going to do, follow the wise guys’ instructions and if not it’s a doomsday, mate.
