Britney Spears is in negotiation with the X Factor. It was rumored that Britney would do the show.
And some say that Britney’s people have been in talks with the show as well. It was said that she was offered $10 million to do the show in which she would be a judge. Simon Cowell , who is a judge on the show with LA Reid, will not confirm it though.
He says they are looking at different possibilities at this point. Cowell does say he wants to change things for this year, but also wants a male and a female to join the judging team. Paula Abdul and Nikki Scherzinger were fired, so these two spots are up to be taken.
It was stated that they do not have to have a hosting background either, but an acting background would be nice.
