It is important for developer to take note several factors upon building applications; Screen size, Screen resolution and Pixel density. Furthermore, developers are advised that there may have different aspect ratios which will more than one in terms of screen dimensions at different resolutions. The lower resolution that Microsoft was decided is at 1024×768 and with this David warns that the apps which built must not compromised the quality in order for it to fit into the resolution.
