Things like this is bound to happen anyway, especially for a Call of Duty title. Despite all the talk by Infinity Ward the security measures in Modern Warfare 3 (MW3), the game now has been hacked.
You can see the results of some of these hacks in the Youtube videos which i have embedded below.
The videos include users on the Xbox 360 using hacks such as walking AC-130′s, infinite ammo, superspeed, and general all-around God-mode for the glitcher.
Hopefully Infinity Ward will get this cleaned up quickly, starting with bans for the offending players assholes. IW has already outlined their strict banning policy so at least we know that these select few will end up in ban-land in no time.
It’s really sad to learn that this would happen on the same night that the MW3 servers went down. There’s no official confirmation yet on whether or not the two are linked.
If Infinity Ward can’t get this fixed in a near future, how likely are you to move on to another game?

So sad.. and to think I really loved playing this game! Infinity Ward should seriously think of better ways to prevent hackers, not to mention it’s also the hackers fault.. those damn guys never want to play fair. C’mon damnit I just want to play a fun and fair game!!

I don’t get it. They hacked every single COD game. And for what? Because it’s boring? Why would even buy the game if you were going to find out it was boring. Leave the game for the legit players, if you are bored, head out to PC.

I don’t get why they’d want to hack it in the first place (idiots), the game is already perfectly fine the way it is! If you really want to cheat then head over to the PC section like what Mark said, because seriously the PC is seriously plagued with cheaters, so if you want to fit right in then go ahead. Leave the consoles alone!!
