Bobby Brown can be said to be a silly man, or he can just be called plain silly. Having a history of drug abuse, alcoholism and his messy relationship with Whitney Houston, it seems fitting that he should be continuing in his childish ways.
According to a report from the Los Angeles Attorney’s department, Brown was charged with 3 misdemeanours. The charges were for driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.08 and driving on a suspended licence. For Brown, this means a possible one year stint in jail if found guilty.
Police saw Brown using his cell phone and pulled him up. On approaching the car, the officers saw that Brown may have been drunk at the wheel. The officers administered a sobriety test, which Brown failed.
This goes on an already busy record, with a previous conviction for drunk-driving, an arrest for battery in 2003 and jail time for violating his parole in 2004.
