Lee Dong Wook has confirmed that he will be the new host of SBS show “Strong Heart” with Lee Seunggi departure. Lee Dong Wook wont be doing it alone as SBS decided that they will pair him with comedian Sin Dong Yup.
However Korean fans are a bit skeptical of Lee Dong Wook MC skills. Comments such as these are being asked everywhere ; “Actor Lee Dong Wook? That’s unexpected,” “I’ve never seen Lee Dong Wook’s funny side…I’m not sure if he can pull it off,” “I’m skeptical. He’s a great actor, a handsome one, but I’m not sure if MCing is his thing,” “I’ll give him a shot, but I have my doubts,” and more.
Strong heart has been a very succesful show with Kang Ho Dong co-hosted the show in 2009 with Lee Seung Gi. Kang Hong Dong suddenly announced his retirement from entertainment industry on October last year leaving Lee Seung Gi hosting alone. Lee Seung Gi is leaving the show as his scheduled are too packed with his new album debut in Japan and new drama series with actress Ha Ji Won.
