The news for Motorola’s home launcher for Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is here which it might not the official version yet but it appears close and seems work great. For this reason may makes people turn back to Motorola’s user interfaces and yet it has been promising and not harm for trying it out. This only work with Android 4.0 devices plus with those running custom ROM’s and rooted as well. What has the changes bring is; 3D transitions, app tray filters, some MOTOBLUR widgets (such as Contacts) and other changes that not discovered fully. It is meant to be lightweight and fast for this launcher.
Just keep in mind that, you need to do most of commands and operations on the phone in changing something to the launcher; which editing the Launcher2.apk file (ICS launcher). There will have instructions on downloading two separate launcher files, placing them in /system/app and rebooting the device.
