Mass Effect 3‘s latest update have been causing some users on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 to experience crashes making it unplayable.
More users from the Xbox community have complained about the crashes compared to the PlayStation community.
The crash happens when players go to the main menu at start up and the game will go into an endless loading loop when trying to contact EA’s servers or just outright crash completely.
Bioware have responded saying that they are aware of the problems users are facing after the Mass Effect Twitter account and Bioware forums were flooded with players experiencing these problems.
If you can’t wait for Bioware to release another patch, you can try using several temporary fixes for instance, disconnecting your console from the Internet, clearing the system cache or swapping game discs. Take note however, these steps only helped some players while others still had the issue remain.
